Guidelines for Scientific Poster Presentation

Authors and co-authors must be a registered delegate at the time of submission of abstract to enable online submission.

  • 1. Only E-Submission is accepted.
  • 2. Abstract shall be no longer than 250 words and has to be submitted online.
  • 3. Abstract title must be less than 15 words and express the essence of the presentation.
  • 4. Use capital letters for abstract title.
  • 5. No tables, charts or graphics shall be included in the abstract.
  • 6. The abstract should not have been submitted and accepted at another State, National or International scientific meeting.
  • 7. The presenter has to specify the type of presentation in the prescribed format (for example:- clinical/research)
  • 8. Last date of submission : 1st December 2019.
  • 9. Acceptance of the Poster shall be notified on website in advance by the Scientific Committee Convener.
  • 9. One poster may be authored by a maximum of 4 authors and all authors shall be registered delegtes at the time of abstract submission

E-Poster Guidelines

    1. The file should be in PNG, JPEG format (preferably).
    2. The file should be more than 7 MB and less than 15 MB in size (If submitting two images the combine size of two images should be less than 15 MB).
    3. The file should be in landscape format (preferably).
    4. LCD screen in horizontal format will be provided for display of E posters
    5. Media : Pictures, graphs and tables can be included in the e-Poster.
    6. Multimedia : Videos and music cannot be included in the e-Poster.
    7. The official language of the meeting and all communication must be in English.
    8. No commercial products endorsement will be permitted.
    9. Authors and co authors shall be present at the time of poster presentation /judging.
    10. Certificates will be given only to the authors /co authors who are present during the presentation /judging.
    11. The presenter should adhere to the time limit for presentation.
    12. All oral presentations regarding the poster shall be for a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
    13. All E-Posters should be prepared in English.
